Designed by a European architect, Batavia Residence is an amalgamation of three cultures – Dutch, Turkish and Portuguese. With three spacious bedrooms, the residence is perfect for both families and groups of friends travelling to Bali for a tropical holiday. Located in peaceful Umalas, Batavia Residence is nestled nicely within the surrounding areas of Seminyak, Canggu and Petitenget.

THE SPACE
Peaceful and secluded, Batavia Residence comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The living room overlooks the swimming pool and has large bi-folding doors which open effortlessly to let in Bali’s tropical breezes. There is a separate TV room with cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are bright, clean and very spacious, and have their own ensuite bathrooms. In addition, the Master bedroom is complimented with a full-size, outdoor covered patio, and has peaceful views of a green rice paddy. For those looking to work on their tan, there are two sunbeds right next to the swimming pool!
Living Room
The dining area is furnished with an enormous sleek wooden dining table for 6 people, positioned within an open air pavilion with adjacent kitchen and service area, offering a delightful alfresco dining experience.
The living room including surround Bose Outdoor Music system, Flat screen TV, cable channels in High Definition and DVD player offers a chilled and comfortable, luxury Bali residence experience.
Kitchen
The modern and compact, fully-equipped kitchen is located centrally near the pool and dining area for ease of service.
It contains all of the facilities the staff requires for the preparation of delicious meals, innovative buffets, and party snacks. The large fridge also has a spacious freezer and ice machine and a hot and cold water dispenser stands adjacent to it. There is also an alcohol fridge which is stocked with cold beers and wine which can be purchased at below market price should you wish, the profits of these sales we give to charity.
Reception
The main reception room is also large and full of light.
On ground floor, our reception will receiving visitors, clients, etc. when they arrive
Swiming Pool
The entrance to the stunning property leads guests past a large grassed yard, to a walled garden dominated by a 17m x 4m lap swimming private pool, which is bordered by flat lawns punctuated with palms and frangipani trees.
The spectacular and private pool extends the length of the garden and features a wide, deep channel for swimming laps, in addition to stepped levels that allow guests to sit, lounge or lie in the water without actually having to swim.

Attention to detail and bespoke touches give this simple bathroom a luxurious feel.
To add visual perception of depth to a relatively small space, the bespoke hand-painted glass panel behind the bath is created by painting the background shade on to the back of the glass

We have our own private car park. The car park belongs to us and is on the premises.
There are 2 spaces car. The parking area on ground floor near the reception.

Batavia Residence is strategically located within the epicentre of the Seminyak-Canggu-Petitenget triangle, and is ideal for those wanting to stay away from the noise, but, close enough to the action. Within a 10 minute scooter-ride, you can access a variety of quality restaurants & cafes, trendy bars & beach-clubs, home-ware & antique stores, as well as relaxing day-spas. For those families, there is a Kids Club/Child Care Centre and Children's book & toy store within walking distance from the residence.
